This elegant, light-filled and comfortable house boasts sea views from every room, and offers 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, to make your stay with family or friends as pleasant as possible. The large living room, open onto the terrace and enclosed garden with direct access to the beach, the fully equipped kitchen and one of the bedrooms on the first floor (with its private shower room) all contribute to the comfort of this house.

If you're in any doubt about the price of a week straddling two months, the prices are up to date on the site, so if you enter your dates you'll get the price displayed. Tourist taxes are calculated per night and per adult. They are visible on the site in the booking section. Some houses can be rented from Saturday to Saturday, others from Sunday to Sunday. Out of season (November after All Saints' Day, January after the Christmas holidays, February and March) for some houses, we can be more flexible with arrivals and departures on different days.

For Paraty, arrival and departure days are Sundays.
