The cove of Kerfissien, where Villa Ti Ann is located, is the perfect place to relax and unwind all year round. In this 4-person living space, you'll find two bedrooms (including a master bedroom with sea view), a shower room, a kitchen opening onto the living room, a lounge with a view of the harbor, and direct access to the terrace.

Our small beach is characterized by the imminence of the wave, by long kelp that rolls like ancient silk rollers. You're in the heart of a land of tides, calm and storms, a story that's been going on forever, a story of childhood, with sometimes the gentle surf, sometimes the crashing of the waters. Here, we cross a timeless line to climb to the top of the Ty Gard rock pile, once used by customs officers, a tiny dwelling nestled in the granite like a stone mirage.

Alongside Gr 34, you'll find the Amiets beach, where you can enjoy all kinds of water sports, including sailing, windsurfing, paddling and kayaking, and which is just a stone's throw from the yacht club.

There's also plenty of room for fishing on foot, as well as beautiful walks along our coast along the GR34 coastal path.
