It's said that every sailor must find his own rock, and this house, Villa Ker Anna, could easily become mine, so much so that its location facing the sea and the setting sun, the comfort it offers and the feeling of well-being it provides are everything that each of us hopes to find one day.

The owners have really thought through their renovation project down to the smallest detail. The house is beautifully furnished and more than fully equipped. Each piece of furniture has been carefully thought out and contributes fully to the decor of this magical place.

Its two charming bedrooms each have their own shower room and washbasin.

The house's front-line location facing the sea will transform you into a boat captain, and what could be more wonderful than to be at the helm of a boat, tucked away in an armchair sipping a cocktail and admiring the sunset!
